PERFECT!Mar 19, 2010 This is my 1st mp3 player and I'm very pleased. It's easy to use, and easy to connect to the computer to download music. I'm using the free 30 day trial of Rhapsody, and downloading music is SO easy. I use it at the gym mostly, and sometimes while I'm cleaning the house or working outside. It is perfect for what I need it for.
Great player... works with Zune/Media PlayerMar 03, 2010 I was looking for something to replace my old Clix/Rhapsody combo for a subscription-based solution, since many songs from Rhapsody would cause the Clix to crash, the syncing was problematic ('you have to sync the player to your PC'... I just did that!), and Rhapsody's/iRiver's support was worthless. So far the Clip looks like a terrific alternative. It's tiny and has great sound quality. It shows up as a drive under Windows, so you can just copy MP3 files over to it, or you can use Media Player to sync it to subscription music downloaded from the Zune store (which is a lot nicer than Rhapsody's app). On top of that I picked this up for $15 as a refurb and it works great (actually I like it better than a new unit, since it didn't come with a bunch of unnecessary packaging I'd just end up throwing away).
Ok for an mp3 playerFeb 26, 2010 I didn't realize that Sansa requires an account with Rhapsody to get all of the perks from this mp3 player. I don't use Rhapsody for music, so this was annoying. Also, I wish it had an AM radio player, not just FM. It doesn't do much else besides play your playlists or access FM radio.
I have bought several and I may buy moreFeb 20, 2010 It's a fine mp3 player for audiobooks and music while hiking or working in the garden. Easy drag and drop interface. Sansa does try to cross-sell some music and audio books, but the level of marketing extortion, which you can turn off, isn't severe.
