Blue Ant Supertooth #3Nov 22, 2009 BlueAnt Supertooth 3 Bluetooth Speakerphone (Black)
I would not recommend this product. I bought it and couldn't get it to recognize my verbal commands at all. It also wouldn't disconnect when I left the car unless I did so from my phone. I called the customer service and was not satisfied either. I purchased a much less expensive type of bluetooth prior and liked it. I sent this one back and reordered the less expensive type. Stick with it for $40.00.
blueant supertooth 3Nov 22, 2009 very happy with this handsfree device. Automatically connects to phone when i come within 20 feet of vehicle. reception is loud and clear. The caller on the other end does not know i am on a speaker phone. I have yet to recharge the battery in 5 weeks!! Buy it, you will not go wrong!
Worth the money.Nov 17, 2009 This costs more than most others, but is worth it. It pairs easily, but took 2 attempts to send phone book to it. It has great features. It fits on both sides of mount so it is easy to reposition, using its magnetic attachment, if you pull sun visor down. Automatically turns off when you leave car and are out of blue-tooth range. Most units do that, but this one automatically turns on when you come back to your car hours or days later! It has a vibration sensor that knows when you open and shut your door, so once it senses motion, it automatically turns on and looks for your phone. It tells you when it connects to your phone. You can also load your phone book into it so it tells you who is calling you by name and also gives caller ID number for people not in your phone book. Fidelity is good on both sides. My wife can talk from the passenger seat even though the BlueAnt is on the driver's visor and callers can still hear her even in my noisy little car. It voice dials using voice files stored in my phone. This was hit and miss until I rerecorded the names using the BlueAnt instead on my phone mouthpiece. This improved recognition greatly. When phone rings, the blue and red buttons light up so they are easy to find at night. Blue to take call and red to refuse or hang up.
I am very happy with this device. Much better all around than the cheaper Parrot unit that I returned.
Most pleased!Nov 15, 2009 The Supetooth 3 has simplified my driving experience tremendously. It allows hands-free telecommnunication while keeping your eyes on the road. It is easy to download your contacts and it is easy to connect to your sun visor. I am really happy with this purchase and it was totally worth it!
BlueAnt RocksNov 13, 2009 My husband tried one. Then I bought one. Now I am buying a 3rd. Each car has one. Need I say more?
